About
Me

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality—spanning hotels, bars, pubs, restaurants, pop-ups, street food, and competitive socialising—across start-ups, scale-ups, and profitable exits, I once thought I had seen it all.

The past few years, however, have reminded me that you can never rest on your laurels. This industry is one of constant learning and reinvention.

Today, the impact I am able to deliver is centred on applying the strategies and skills I’ve developed over time to help businesses adapt to new challenges, build resilience, and achieve lasting commercial success..
